When you use Artelo to fulfill your orders, we ensure that the experience remains completely white-label for your customers. Here's a breakdown of what your customers will see on the shipping label and how you can customize it.

What Appears on the Shipping Label?

  1. Send From Name: The sender name on the shipping label will display whatever you choose. This is fully customizable and can reflect your store name, brand name, or any name you'd like.

  2. Send From Address: The return address will show Artelo's fulfillment facility address, but not Artelo's name. This ensures a professional and discreet appearance for your brand.

How to Customize the Send From Name

Each store connected to Artelo can have its own unique "send from" details. Here's how to customize this information:

  1. Go to the Store's Settings
Navigate to the Integrations page in your Artelo dashboard, select your store, and click on Store Settings.

  2. Edit the Send From Name
Update the sender name to match your brand or store name. The name entered in this field will be the send from name that is used on the shipping labels we print on your behalf.

  3. Note: Shipping labels are configured per integration so you have full control over how this send from name is configured for products originating from any of your stores.

Is Artelo Mentioned Anywhere?

No. There is absolutely nothing related to Artelo on the shipping label, packaging, or any part of the order your customer receives. The entire process is 100% white-label, so your brand remains the sole focus.

Why This Matters

Our goal is to provide you with a seamless white-label experience. From the shipping label to the packaging, everything is designed to represent your brand and maintain trust with your customers.
