Simplify Your Billing with the Artelo Wallet
Artelo created the Wallet feature as a convenient way to streamline how you fund and pay for your orders. Instead of being charged separately for every transaction, the Wallet allows you to add funds to your balance in advance. When you place orders, whether manually or through automated workflows, the production and shipping costs are simply drawn down from your wallet balance. Fewer individual charges mean easier bookkeeping and fewer surprises in your bank statements.
Adding Funds is Simple
The wallet feature is available on the settings page, under the Billing tab.
Click the Add Funds button in the wallet component. This will open up the add funds to wallet modal seen below. In this example, $51.00 was entered. Then, click the Add Funds
This will trigger the transaction and your balance will be reflected on your charge history.
You can open up the receipt to verify the transaction or save it for bookkeeping.
Stay in Control with Auto-Funding
To keep your production moving without interruption, Artelo offers an auto-fund option. When you enable auto-funding, you set both a trigger balance and a funding amount. As soon as your wallet reaches your trigger balance, we’ll automatically top it up with the funding amount you’ve chosen. This way, you never have to worry about running out of funds when you need them most.
How It Works
Fund Your Wallet: Transfer money from your bank account in the increments that work best for you (starting at $50).
Place Orders: Every Artelo order you submit (or is automatically submitted) draws directly from your wallet balance, whether you’re placing single orders or hundreds at once.
Enable Auto-Funding (Optional): Automatically replenish your wallet when it reaches your selected threshold, so your operations stay seamless.
The Artelo Wallet gives you more flexibility, fewer billing interruptions, and a smoother fulfillment experience.
