Create and Manage Views

Save filters as views so you can quickly return to the orders or listings you need.

Views help you save and organize filters so you can quickly return to the information you use most.

Views are available in two places:

  • the Orders page

  • individual store pages

On the Orders page, views help you organize orders. On store pages, views help you organize listings within a specific connected store.

Views on the Orders Page

Use views on the Orders page to save filters for groups of orders you want to return to later.

Each custom view can have its own name and color. You can also pin your most-used views so they remain visible at the top of the Orders page.

Create a new view

  1. Go to the Orders page.

  2. Click Filter.

  3. Select the filters you want to save.

  4. On the right side of the page, click the Views dropdown.

  5. Click Save to new view.

  6. Enter a name for the view and choose a color.

  7. Click Save changes.

Your new view will appear in the bar at the top of the Orders page. Click it anytime to apply its saved filters.

Update a saved view

You can update an existing view whenever you want to change its saved filters.

  1. Click the view you want to update.

    Our example:

  2. Add, remove, or change the filters.

  3. Click the Views dropdown.

  4. Click Update current view.

The view will now use your latest filter selections.

Pin or unpin a view

Pin the views you use most to keep them easy to access in the bar at the top of the Orders page.

  1. Click Views.

  2. Find the view you want to pin or unpin.

  3. Click the pin icon beside the view to pin or unpin.

Pinned views will appear in the top bar. Unpinned views will remain available in the Views menu but will no longer appear in the bar.

Views on Individual Store Pages

Use views on individual store pages to organize the listings connected to a specific store.

On a store page, you can switch between Physical and Digital listings. You can also use filters to narrow the listings shown.

Custom views on store pages are created and managed the same way as custom views on the Orders page.

Create or manage a custom store view

  1. Open an individual store page.

  2. Click Filter and choose the filters you want to save.

  3. Click Views.

  4. Save a new view, or select an existing view and update it.

  5. Use the pin icon to pin or unpin views. Pinned views remain visible at the top of the store page, while unpinned views remain available in the Views menu.

To update a saved store view, select the view, change its filters, open Views, and click Update current view.
