Artelo supports self-service cancellations for eligible orders. If your order has not yet been processed or printed, you can cancel it directly from your account without contacting support.
Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, we recommend canceling as soon as possible if you no longer need the order.
Cancel an eligible order
To cancel an order yourself:
Go to Orders.
Click the order you want to cancel.
On the Order Details page, look for the red Cancel Order button in the top-right corner.
Click Cancel Order and follow the prompts to confirm.
If your order is eligible for self-service cancellation, the Cancel Order button will appear on the order page.
What if I don’t see the Cancel Order button?
If you do not see the red Cancel Order button, your order may have already entered production.
In that case, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Cancellation eligibility will depend on the order’s fulfillment status when our team reviews your request.
Please note that order statuses can change quickly, and your order status may change before your request is reviewed.
Cancellation stages
Before processing or printing
If your order has not yet been processed or printed, you can cancel it yourself from the Order Details page.
Printed
If your order has already been printed, we can still process the cancellation. You will be responsible for the cost of the printed portion, and shipping charges will be credited to your account.
Framed
If your order has entered the framing stage, we can still process the cancellation. You will be responsible for the full production cost, excluding shipping.
Marked as shipped or awaiting pickup
Once an order is marked as shipped or is awaiting carrier pickup, we can no longer cancel, refund, or credit the order.
Need help?
