In this article, we’ll guide you through adding and managing your connected stores on our platform. If you didn't connect your store during the initial tutorial, you can do so on the stores page. Currently, we support integrations with Shopify and Etsy, along with a custom API for larger sellers and platforms. If you're only interested in Wholesale, you can skip this step.

Navigating Your Etsy Store

First, let’s look at your Etsy store. You should see all your listings, which you can toggle between physical and digital. "Physical" refers to physical prints, while "digital" refers to digital downloads.

Below your listings, you'll find several tabs:

  • All listings: View all your products.

  • All variants connected: See which products have all their variants (e.g., sizes, frame colors) connected to Artelo.

  • No variants connected: Check products with no variants connected.

  • Partially connected: Identify products with some variants connected and some not.

  • Ignored: View products you've chosen to ignore and not connect to Artelo.

You can search, filter, or change the density of your listings. Use the search bar to find specific listings, apply filters based on identifiers, or adjust the display density to make the list shorter or longer.

Each listing provides details such as the number of connected variants, listing price, and status (active or draft on Etsy). If you want to display more products, increase the number of rows shown.

Managing Digital Downloads

The digital page displays all your digital download listings. Similar to the physical page, you can toggle between:

  • All: View all digital listings.

  • Linked to physical listing: See digital downloads linked to a physical listing.

  • Not linked to physical listing: Find digital downloads not linked to a physical copy.

  • Ignored: View ignored digital listings.

Ignoring a Listing

You can choose to ignore an entire listing or a specific variant. For example, if a hand-drawn print will never be printed, you can ignore it. Ignoring a listing removes it from the "no variants connected" tab, helping you track your connected listings better. If you change your mind, simply unignore the listing.

Other Features

On the stores page, you can remove your store or access store settings to change your store's name on Artelo (this won't affect your store's name on Etsy or Shopify). You can also toggle the default free shipping setting when creating listings. Additionally, you can create a listing from an existing or new product.

Viewing and Editing Listings

Clicking on a listing allows you to view its details and images. You can edit details directly on Etsy’s website. At the bottom, you’ll see variant details such as sizes, frame colors, SKU, listing price, margins, and connection status.

For an overview of variant options available to your customers, click “variation structure.” Use the search bar to find specific variants or filter images, sizes, frames, SKUs, listing prices, or margins. The “connected product” section shows connected variants. You can ignore any variant you don't want Artelo to fulfill, moving the listing to the "all variants connected" tab.

Finally, you can connect the listing to an existing or new product in Artelo by clicking the "Create Listing" button at the top.
