Keeping your uploads page organized is crucial for efficiency. While you may start with a few images, over time, managing hundreds of unorganized files can become a tedious task. Establishing a familiar organizational structure will help you quickly locate everything you need. Artelo supports JPG, PNG, and PDF formats, so ensure your files are compatible.
Size Limit: Each file should be under 1 GB to ensure smooth uploads.
Step-by-Step Guide to Uploading and Organizing Files
1. Uploading Folders: To keep your files organized, create a folder structure that works for you. To upload folders to Artelo, follow these steps:
Click "New Folder" and then "Upload Folders."
Select and upload your folders all at once.
2. Creating Folders: If you need to create new folders directly in Artelo:
Click “New Folder” and "Create Folder."
Name your new folder.
To create a subfolder, click the main folder, press "New Folder," and name it accordingly. You can upload files directly into these folders.
3. Uploading Individual Files: To upload individual files:
Click "Upload Files."
You can keep these files on the main page or drag and drop them into a specific folder.
4. Managing Folders and Files: To rename or delete a folder or file:
Click on the options on the right of the file or folder.
For bulk deletion, highlight multiple files or folders and delete them together.
Tracking Your Files
The uploads page also offers easy tracking of your images’ connection status. Each file displays:
Green and red labels indicating the connection status
A preview of the file
The file name
The size of the file
The file type
The upload date
These features help you keep track of all your files efficiently.
