Navigating the Orders Page

The Orders Page gives you a detailed view of all your orders and tools to manage them seamlessly. Here's a breakdown of what you can do and where to find everything.


Key Information Available on the Orders Page

On this page, you’ll see essential details for every order, including:

  • Order ID: Unique identifier for the order.

  • Purchase Date: The date the customer placed the order.

  • Order Source: The platform the order came from (e.g., Etsy).

  • Fulfillment Status: Tracks the progress of the order.

  • Customer Name: The name associated with the order.

  • Total Sales: The amount the customer spent.

  • Costs with Breakdown: This includes both Artelo fees and marketplace fees.

  • Gross Profit: Calculated as total sales minus all costs.

  • Tracking Number: Displays when the order has shipped and tracking is available.

Additionally, you can create a new order directly from this page if needed.


Managing Orders

Canceling Orders or Uploading Custom Designs

  • You can click the ellipsis on the right of any relevant order entry to cancel an order or upload a custom design for fulfillment.

Order Details View

  • Clicking on the Order ID opens more information about the order, including:

    • Customer Name & Address

    • SKU Details

    • Sales & Cost Breakdown

    • Internal Notes for organizing your orders

    • Order Instructions for the warehouse team

    • Order History, such as when the order was shipped


Exporting Orders

  • If you need to save your order data for records or further analysis, export the entire Orders Page using the export option.


Finding Specific Orders

  • Search and Filter: Quickly locate an order by searching or filtering by:

    • Purchase Date

    • Order Source (like a specific store)

    • Fulfillment Status

  • Sort by Purchase Date: Clicking on the Purchase Date column allows you to view orders from the earliest to the latest, or vice versa.


Order Status Tabs

The Orders Page is organized into tabs to help you track order progress:

  • In Production: Orders currently being processed.

  • Shipped: Orders that have been sent to customers.

  • Manually Fulfilled: Orders requiring manual handling.

  • Canceled: Orders that have been canceled.
