Step 1: Start with the Stores Page
Go to Stores:
Navigate to your Etsy or Shopify store within Artelo.
Click "Create Listing" and select "From a New Product."
Set Up Your Product:
Name your product and choose the product type.
Fill in the necessary details. When prompted to add a design, simply use the product’s main listing image for Etsy and Shopify. This image won’t be printed; it's a placeholder.
Complete Initial Setup:
Click “Done” to proceed.
Add the listing to both your stores.
Step 2: Upload and Configure Listing
Upload Listing Images:
Upload your listing images and move the main image to the front.
Double-check your configuration settings and add the retail price.
Add Details:
Enter a title and description for your listing.
Click “Make Listing Personalizable” and ensure “Make Personalization Required” is toggled on.
Set the character limit and add instructions for buyers.
Final Steps:
Add relevant tags for your listing.
Review all changes and publish your listing.
Managing Personalized Orders
Step 1: Identifying Personalized Orders
Pending Personalization Alert:
When you receive an order with a “pending personalization” tag, it indicates it is from a custom listing.
Use the tab at the top of the orders page to view all orders with pending personalization.
Step 2: Fulfilling Personalized Orders
Upload Customer’s Design:
When you’re ready to upload your customer’s design, click on the three dots on the right of the order and upload the file.
After uploading, press “Send to Production.”
Task Notifications:
You’ll also receive a notification for pending personalized orders under the “Tasks” tab.
Click “Go to Pending Personalized Orders” to view and manage all orders awaiting design uploads.
